After studying graphic design and illustration, Belgium born Olivier kicked off his career as a freelance designer, both in commercial and non-commercial design work. But the urge of painting and drawing was always there ever since he started professional work..

Using acrylics & ink on canvas, wood and paper, his work deals with a range of subjects, as an abstract and symbolic reflection from his subconscious, derived from experiences, thoughts and life in general.

Inspired by books and comics, through to film and music, art, science, philosophy,symbolism - his work starts with a quick sketch - before taking it's own course and becoming more stream of consciousness. With hints of the older masters - as well as Japanimation and contemporary illustration - his constantly evolving work is very hard to not like - and makes him one to watch for the coming months.
